1. Jaw crusher-extrusion crushing
The material is mainly crushed by the slowly increasing pressure between the two working surfaces.
2. Cone crusher-grinding crushing
There is relative movement between the stone and the moving working surface, which is subject to pressure and shearing. When the shear pressure reaches a certain level, the ore will be crushed.
3. Impact crusher-impact crushing
The material is crushed by a large impact force. This crushing method is efficient, has a large crushing ratio, and relatively low energy consumption.

2. Cone crusher

Cone crusher is mainly used for crushing hard materials, and has large production capacity and high crushing efficiency, suitable for large stone factories; it has iron protection and automatic cavity cleaning functions, which are stable and reliable; all components can be disassembled from the top and side, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance; the price is slightly expensive, but the service life is long, and the fully automatic control system can easily achieve remote control.
3. Impact crusher

Processing capacity: 30-800t/h
Used for crushing soft ores (dolomite, etc.), with good finished product shape and less powder, mostly used in small and medium-sized stone factories, but not for sand making; users can adjust the gap between the impact plate and the hammer to control the discharge size; new materials are used in large quantities, and equipped with a variety of locking devices to extend service life, improve performance and save costs.
4. (Heavy) hammer crusher

Processing capacity: 100-3200t/h
Suitable for crushing limestone and medium-hardness ores with compressive strength below 200Mpa; large hammer head, dual power, to meet large production capacity; one-time forming, no need for secondary crushing process, suitable for users with small working sites, while reducing the purchase of other crushing equipment and saving investment costs.
