Whether in daily work, we must pay attention to timely repairs and good maintenance. There are more and more crusher models on the market, but the basic principles are the same, and the failures are basically the same. This is an analysis of the failures that are easy to occur in crushers in daily life.
The common faults and solutions of crushers in daily life are as follows:
1. The temperature of the main bearing is too high. It may be that the grease is insufficient, so you need to add an appropriate amount of grease; if the grease is contaminated, you need to clean the bearing and replace the grease; if the bearing is damaged, you need to replace the bearing.
2. The discharge size is too large. It may be that the crushing teeth are worn too much, so you need to replace the crushing teeth or perform surfacing welding; if the side teeth are worn or fall off, replace them.
3. The vibration of the crusher increases. It may be that the bearing is damaged, so replace it; the gear coupling is damaged, so replace it;
4. The processing capacity is reduced or the power is insufficient. If the hydraulic coupling leaks, then add a certain amount of No. 22 turbine oil or No. 6 hydraulic transmission oil. If the coupling is broken, you need to replace it with a new one; if the feeding is uneven, adjust the feeding.
5. Cannot reverse automatically. The sensor is installed incorrectly or damaged, adjust or replace the sensor; if the sensor lead or wiring is loose, connect the lead or tighten the wiring.
6. The sensor protection system fails. If the proximity switch is damaged or the wiring in the electric control cabinet is loose, you need to replace the switch or connect the wires according to the wiring diagram.
